About the Job
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist that specializes in SEM, and Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) for brands and organizations. Must have a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, advertising analytics and optimization techniques. You will be mainly responsible for related tasks for Digital Marketing but will also be responsible for Ecommerce marketing, should the need arise based on client’s requirement. You may also be accountable for various responsibilities in the different areas of marketing, depending on the assigned and agreed focus.
1. Digital Marketing Strategy Building & Reporting (65%)
• Provide relevant and timely information on marketing initiatives suitable for various industries alongside the recommendation on what media platforms are best utilized for digital campaigns
• Plan out, create a proposal material with the team an annual and monthly media planning, include: budget allocation for each media, deciding ads content, and negotiate with the other vendor.
• Customized marketing research studies by compiling, analyzing, study results to actionable reports, data-based conclusions and recommendations in a concise and presentations.
• Updating Hot Topic /Relevant Trends and propose / consult the actionable implications for internal teams, client…at project level, category/ industry level…with supervision of Leader based on tools (Social Trend, Google Trend…other reports).
• Collaborate with Internal or Vendor Teams (Media, Community…) to keep track & build benchmarking of campaign / category/ industry/ performance.
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT (25%)
• Follow project to smoothly work with internal team and other stakeholders (Other Departments) to make sure well-delivered project with high quality & on time with the supervision of Leader.
• With Planning Team: Be able to understand client brief, work with Strategic Planner to build up the data to support for proposal.
• With other Departments: Collaborate to find data to support if any.
3. TEAM DEVELOPMENT (10%)
• Developing team members (Executive/Trainee) qualified for company business needs such as assigning jobs, managing team workload and performance, giving feedback to team members in a timely manner periodically.
• Deliver training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in client service, project management, and team management.
• Inspiring all the relevant teams and solving everyone’s difficulties; listening to team member difficulties and motivating them; giving recognition for good performance as well as managing poor performance.
