WE NEED YOU:
- Provide product, and process training to newbie agents and refresh training to existing agents.
- Make training plans and assessments for newbie agents.
- Ensure the training qualification and training passing rate.
- Coordinate with Team Lead and QC on training/coaching plan on the requirement.
- Update training materials and ensure agents well trained with updated knowledge and information
WORKING TIME:
- 8 hours/ day, 6 days/ week
