- Prepare, review contracts to assure compliance with internal and external requirements. (25%)
- Provide timely and accurate legal advices to all departments on diverse legal issues. (25%)
- Support supervisors in relation to complicated legal issues/ contract templates/ procedures. (10%)
- Conduct compliance check and coordinate to provide training on legal matters to all employees. (10%)
- Support supervisors in negotiating contracts, agreements where required by other departments. (10%)
- Prepare legal updates pertaining to the company business. (5%)
- Support supervisors in dispute handling. (5%)
- Assist with miscellaneous legal administration tasks as directed by supervisors. (5%)
- Other tasks as assigned. (5%)
