Training Specialist - Contact Center (Social Media Platform)
Job description
  • Provide product, and process training to newbie agents and refresh training to existing agents.
  • Make training plans and assessments for newbie agents.
  • Ensure the training qualification and training passing rate.
  • Coordinate with Team Lead and QC on training/coaching plan on the requirement.
  • Update training materials and ensure agents well trained with updated knowledge and information

Candidate requirements
  • At least 6 months experience in a customer service training position
  • Experience in E-Commerce, Technology is a plus
  • Good at communication, and training content preparation/customization.
  • Good at training/ presentation skill
  • Good English communication skills
